"Honestly, What Happened to These Veggies?"
I opened it up and immediately felt personally attacked. The greens were all wilted like they’d given up on life, and the tomatoes were so soft I was scared to even touch them. Definitely not good, and kind of a disaster.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I had a good experience using the site. It was mostly easy to navigate, and I could find what I needed without much hassle. A couple of things looked a little small on my phone, but ordering was simple and everything worked fine overall...

"Probably better when it’s quieter"
I really wanted to like this place, but when we went it was just so packed. It was hard to even move around inside, and the queue was basically out the door. Parking wasn’t great either, kind of chaotic. I’m sure there’s more to it and maybe we just picked a bad time, but it felt more stressful than enjoyable for us...

Well... I ordered a few bits and the emails I got were clear enough. It did take a little while to hear anything about dispatch, but once I reached out, they replied quickly. Overall I’m happy with everything, I just think updates could be a bit quicker

"Friendly staff and a really easy visit"
I popped in while I was passing by and had a really nice experience. The staff were friendly, easy to chat to, and helped me find a couple of things without being pushy at all. It gave me a lot of confidence that I was picking the right bits. The shop was a little busy so I did have to wait a few minutes, but overall it was a relaxed, positive visit and I’d be happy to go back.

"Not worth the price for me"
I ordered a few bits i was disappointed with the quality. The chutney had a strange taste to it, and one of the jar lids was sticky, like it had literally leaked a bit in the packaging.

For the price, I expected a lot better. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order again. It felt more like I was paying for the name than for the actual food.

"I gave 2 stars because the delivery…"
I gave 2 stars because the delivery arrived okay, but the order itself wasn’t right. One item was completely wrong and another was missing, which was really frustrating after waiting for it to show up. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while and the issue wasn’t fixed quickly. I like the idea of the shop, but they really need to double-check orders before sending them out. i was excited for this order, so it was disappointing in the end

"Nice shop, but parking could be better"
The shop itself was nice enough and we enjoyed having a look around, but the parking wasn’t great. We had to wait quite a while just to get a space, and I can imagine other customers might find it a bit frustrating too. It felt a little cramped and wasn’t very clear where to go at first. I’d probably visit again, but only on a quieter day.

"Refund Was Fine... Eventually"
I had to return an item and, you know, everything was totally fine in the end. The refund just took longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating, but sure, no big deal. Customer service did respond, just not exactly quickly. Overall it worked out, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

"Not a lot of local options"
i mean, I went on diddlysquatfarmshop.com expecting to find loads of local farm products to browse, but the selection felt limited. A bunch of the things I was hoping to buy either weren’t listed at all or were out of stock.
For a farm shop website, I thought there’d be more proper local bits and pieces to choose from. It was a bit disappointing overall and didn’t really feel worth the time

"Really tasty , just a little pricey"
I picked up a few things from Diddly Squat Farm Shop and honestly , I was impressed . The sausage roll was lovely and the cheese had a proper strong flavour , nothing like the bland stuff you sometimes get from supermarkets .
The only thing stopping me from giving it full marks is the price , as a couple of bits felt a bit small for what they cost . Still , it felt like a nice treat and I’d definitely stop in again if I was nearby .

"Save your time"
I expected better. The burger was dry and the coffee had that burnt taste, which was disappointing. It’s a nice concept, but for the price, the food and drinks just didn’t feel worth it. I’d say save your time and try somewhere else.

"Pretty good service overall"
Had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them and... they replied faster than I expected. They got it sorted without turning it into a whole drama. It wasn’t perfect since I did have to chase once, but overall the service was good and I’d use them again...

"Pretty nice farm, but probably not worth the drive"
I kind of wanted to enjoy it more because the farm itself is really and has a nice feel to it. But the shop was super busy, the queue took forever-ish, and the prices seemed a bit much for what we ended up getting. The staff were okay, nothing bad really, but everything felt sort of rushed. Not sure I’d bother making the trip again, to be honest.

"The farm shop is in such…"
The farm shop is in such a lovely area, and overall we had a nice visit. That said, the signs could definitely be clearer. We missed the turn the first time and had to circle back, which was a bit frustrating. It’s not a huge issue, but I do think it’s only fair to make it easier for people to find, especially if they’re coming from out of town...
